Yoga was our first offering, as we built our community and our yoga classes will always be designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and nurture your mind and body in a mindful and positive environment..

While we love and promote yoga, our space is much more than that. We are a collective. Here at our Glow In Co. we strive to create an empowering community of wholesome humans who can connect through like-minded practices and interests to provide meaningful opportunities of connection for everyone.

Yoga Classes

Our yoga classes are the perfect way to stretch, challenge and relax your body. Our classes are tailored to fit any level of experience, and we welcome beginners through to advanced yogis. With a variety of poses, breathwork and themes, we can guarantee that you will leave each class feeling refreshed and energized.

1:1 Instruction

Our 1:1 sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Our experienced instructor, Alicia will work with you to design and implement a personalised program to help you improve your mobility and flexibility. Through our 1:1 sessions, you will be able to create a practice that is specifically designed to suit your individual needs.

Community Events

Glow In Co. offers a variety of community events to help build relationships and foster a sense of well-being. From book clubs and meditation circles to workshops and coffee/brunch dates, we strive to bring people together for meaningful experiences that will nourish the body, mind, and spirit. Newcomers are always welcomed and encouraged, the more the merrier. Join us!

Retreats

Our wellness retreats are the perfect way to connect with yourself in a soothing, natural environment. Our retreats provide a unique opportunity to take an extended break from daily life. We facilitate a safe and supportive space. to guide you through a series of yoga classes, meditation, and mindfulness activities, all designed to help you relax and unwind.
